Julie Rees, Managing Partner at GN2 advises lawyers Wedlake Bell in the acquisition of their new headquarters’ in The City of London.

Wedlake Bell has agreed a deal to take approximately 41,000 sq. ft. on the seventh and eighth floors of 71 Queen Victoria Street, EC4. A new 17 year lease was agreed at a competitive rent with a generous rent free/capital contribution package.
