Investment Sales

In contrast with many of the major property practices we are not conflicted by having multiple clients seeking the same class of investment whilst trying to sell the investment at the same time. We are able to offer genuine impartial advice and place our clients at the top of our priorities in each sector. This is supported with access to market leading research and on the ground experience. We pride ourselves Director level input throughout any sale process including and importantly in the inspections, as we believe this experience enables us to drive pricing in our client’s favour.   Some of our competitors have senior people to win in the sale instruction only for the work to be undertaken by very junior inexperienced agents.   This cannot be the best way to achieve best price.   As a team we have been involved with the sale on in excess of £2.5 billion of assets in the last 20 years.

Investment Acquisition

We have considerable track record between the team in sourcing and aiding in securing Investment acquisitions in both on and off market opportunities, with jointly over 75 years’ experience.  Notable successes in recent years were the off market  acquisitions of 265 Strand, for just over £81m and Verulam Gardens Grays Inn Road for £31.5m, both ultimately for private overseas investors .  More recently we advised on the purchase of a multi-let building also in Grays Inn Road for a private European Family Office.  Two of the team were also instrumental in the acquisition and on sale of both 123 Buckingham Palace Road and 2 Park Street for American Investors, these had a cumulative transaction value of close to £1/2 Billon.
