Lease Renewals A lease expiry is a lease event that requires careful planning and consideration whilst simultaneously providing Landlord’s and Tenant’s an opportunity to consider occupational requirements. For Landlords a lease expiry provides an opportunity to exploit potential wider asset management opportunities, and for Tenants an opportunity to consider future property options in the context of their wider business plan.
