Purchase, Refurbishment, Marketing and Leasing of a 7,000 square foot office building

In the early part of 2012, we negotiated the purchase of the residue of a long leasehold interest on behalf of the Portman Estate and simultaneously agreed a two year lease back to the tenant, allowing time to draw up and get consent for a scheme.
With completion of that scheme due in August 2016, we entered negotiations and subsequently agreed terms with Chancerygate Limited to take a new 15 year lease over the whole building with no breaks. The lease commenced from completion of the building works.
