Acquisition – 4th Floor, 84 Grosvenor Street, London W1 for APAM LTD

GN2 has successfully concluded the acquisition of 4,483 sq. ft. on behalf of APAM on the 4^th floor of 84 Grosvenor Street, London W1 from the landlord Oxford Properties. The newly refurbished floor was let to APAM Ltd on a new 10 year term with a tenant break at the 5^th year.
