UNICEF UK has appointed GN2 to dispose of the Part 18th Floor at 1 Westfield Avenue, Stratford E20.

The part 18th floor of approximately 10,600 sq. ft. (986.7 sq. m) of top specified offices are available for immediate occupation either as a plug and play option or in open plan.

A new sub-lease is available until 23rd March 2030 subject to a rent review in 2028. The passing rent equates to £46.00 per sq. ft. per annum exclusive.
