Hanover Square GN2 were appointed as joint agents to CBRE by Safmar Property Ventures (UK) Ltd to dispose of the 4th floor, totalling 3,702 sq ft. Within one month of the premises becoming vacant, GN2 had found and agreed terms with Pillarstone Europe to take the space on a new 10 year lease with a tenant break after year five.
