Cassini House lease completed

GN2 has completed the assignment of a lease over the sixth floor of Cassini House in St James’s, comprising some 4,500 square feet. The lease expires in 2017, with a tenant break in July 2014, at a passing rent of £267,120 per annum. The lease was assigned off-market to a major UK plc. GN2 acted for the lease Guarantor, a Swiss Bank.
