2 Park Street, Mayfair Asset – Management and Long Leasehold Sale

GN2 were appointed after the acquisition of this 50,000 sq ft office building at the end of 2013 for £52m by London Global on behalf of Kildare, to relet and restructure 5 leases, taking rents from £60 to £110 per sq ft. GN2 were agents for the investment sale which completed at £74m, a yield of 3.65% for 107 year lease remaining from Grosvenor with 15% gearing.
