GN2 advised the Howard de Walden Estate on their largest medical letting on the Estate which completed in December. Schon Klinik, a family owned German hospital group agreed to take a new 19 year lease with an option for a further 21 years at an initial rent of £4.2 million plus vat. The Estate secured change of use from B1 office to D1/C2 on the 54,500 sq ft self-contained building.
