Bates Wells & Braithwaite secure their new headquarters’ in The City of London

BWB has agreed a deal to take approximately 23,500 sq. ft. on the first floor of 10 Queen Street Place, EC4 from King & Wood & Mallesons LLP. A new 10 year lease was agreed at a rent of £41.00 psf with 27 months’ rent free, a capital contribution and incentives.

GN2 acted on behalf of BWB in the acquisition and CBRE acted on behalf of the Landlord.
