London Orthopaedic & Sports Medical Centre

GN2 advised the Howard de Walden Estate on the letting of 12,243 sq ft at 20 Bentinck Street to the Fortius Clinic for their London Orthopaedic & Sports Medical Centre.

Fortius agreed to take the ground and first floors on a new 25 year lease with a tenant break at the 15^th year paying a rent of £948,833 pax (equating to £77.50 psf pax) with 12 months’ rent free period.

The Howard de Walden Estate achieved a change of use to C2 providing for residential accommodation and overnight stays for outpatients.
