Bryanston Street GN2 have been instructed by The Portman Estate to secure a D1 (Educational) Operator for a new build school of 22,000 sq ft gross/17,000 sq ft net, in W1. The scheme is under construction and will be completed to shell & core in the first quarter of 2018.
