Software company OSIsoft were advised by GN2 on the acquisition of 4,000 sq ft in Capital House just off Edgware Road.
GN2 acquired 2,750 sq ft for PJD Tax Consultants on the ground floor of Derwent London’s Angel Square in Islington.
On behalf of Dundee Securities Limited, GN2 acquired c.2,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in Great Portland Estates Foxglove House on Piccadilly.
GN2 have acted for this private Family Settled Estate for over 15 years and have advised on the refurbishment of a former workhouse building in Soho to create circa 30,000 square feet of top quality office accommodation. We are currently advising on several renewals and lettings some 10 years after the initial marketing. We are also advising on several nearby properties in Soho including refurbishment and potential re-lettings.
Since forming in 2012, GN2 have completed over 35 leasing jobs and over 60 rent reviews and renewals for the Portman Estate – the largest central London Estate by acreage at 110 acres.
GN2 acted for the Howard de Walden Estate on a number of rent reviews and lease renewals in 2014 & 2015, including Regents College on Marylebone High Street. This is an educational establishment comprising approximately 16,000 sq ft.

GN2 acquired 6,500 sq ft in British Land’s new office development, 10 Portman Square
GN2 acquired 17,500 sq ft on the Kings Road for Shipping services Euronav. GN2 are also disposing of Euronav’s surplus vacant office space at 116 Brompton Road, London SW3.
GN2 advised London Global on the purchase, asset management and sale of 2 Park Street (c.50,000 sq ft) and the purchase and asset management of 123 Buckingham Palace Road (c.200,000 sq ft).
GN2 re-structured PHA’s leases within Hammer House on Wardour Street. PHA’s occupation extends to c.4,000 sq ft over two floors.
On behalf of Palmer Capital Partners, we advised on the May 2015 lease renewal on the top floor of this landmark building. Interestingly, we were able to negotiate a new 10 year reversionary lease back in November/December 2014, which enabled the Client to lock into current rentals and guarantee their future occupation.
On behalf of IDEO LP we negotiated a rent review against Standard Life. We agreed the June 2014 rent review in a timely manner as we were particularly concerned with the rapid escalation in rental values in the surrounding area. Rents have now reached £67.00 to £70.00 per sq ft and we are very pleased to have been able to agree a more historic rental level.
GN2, acting on behalf of Global Witness, the international NGO working to break the links between natural resource exploitation, conflict, poverty, corruption, and human rights abuses worldwide, have acquired 10,500 sq/ft of offices in Lloyds Chambers, Portsoken Street, E1.
GN2 has acted for AADrivetech for a number of years, acquiring premises all over the UK for their speed awareness courses including Guildford, Islington, Reading and Belfast to name a few.
GN2 disposed of Mayfair Capital’s existing lease in Brookfield House, Mayfair to coincide with the acquisition of their new larger premises of 3,145 sqft in 2 Cavendish Square.
GN2 advised CCGroup on the acquisition of their London premises in 158-160 North Gower Street, NW1 together with the acquisition of their new Thames Valley premises in Millars Brook, Wokingham.
GN2 acted on behalf of Maxwell Drummond in the disposal of 1st Floor, Foxglove House, 166 Piccadilly totalling 1,950 sq ft.
GN2 have acquired 800 sq ft for Kennedy’s in Glasgow and are in negotiations to take c.3,500 sq ft for them in Edinburgh.
