GN2 were appointed to negotiate with PHA’s Landlord to re-structure their occupation within Hammer House.  As part of these negotiations, the part 1^st floor (c.600 sq ft) was surrendered and the leases on the 2^nd and 4^th floors were pushed out to Oct 2020.  A new rent and rent free package was agreed.
