GN2 advised the purchaser of this 50,000 square foot Mayfair office building on the repositioning of a 15 year old building in the market.  Having refurbished the reception area, the lifts and the wcs, GN2 were involved in the surrender of two redundant subleases, the regear of two occupational leases and the letting of two vacant units, taking the rental tone from an average of £60 per square foot to a headline rent of £110 per square foot.  Contracts have now exchanged for the sale of the long leasehold interest
