Modern Slavery Act 2015 Policy Statement

INTRODUCTION
This statement is made on behalf of GN2 Limited (“we”) and sets out our stance and commitment towards tackling modern slavery and eradicating it from society. We provide real estate services in the United Kingdom.

OUR POLICIES ON SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING
We take all ethical issues seriously. Our core values of service, expertise, integrity and community demonstrate we are committed to providing service excellence in a socially responsible way. We fully support the government’s objectives to eradicate modern slavery and human trafficking. We recognise the importance of ensuring that there is no form of modern slavery or human trafficking occurring in our business activities, or within our supply chains, or in any other of our business dealings, and summarise below the key steps we have taken.

KEY STEPS

  • We maintain a Modern Slavery Policy, which sets out the standards we require of all those who work for us.
  • We have a Supplier Code of Conduct which requires those in our supply chain to comply with all relevant ethical and legal requirements, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Our Supplier Code of Conduct and questions relating to modern slavery form part of our supplier due diligence process.
  • We have zero tolerance on modern slavery issues and will take all necessary and appropriate action should any of our staff or suppliers breach our robust policies on these matters.
  • We will encourage those people in all our business dealings to report any issue or suspected breach for further investigation as appropriate.

We will continue to monitor the effectiveness of the steps we have taken and will introduce further policies, procedures and training as appropriate.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the modern slavery and human trafficking statement for our financial year ending 2019. This has been approved by the directors of GN2 Limited.
